I have lost signal from the multiplex system in our startrans bus. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The first time it happened on the assembly line, second time was at our shop during a pre-trip about 2 months ago, and then yesterday. The first time, startrans reprogrammed the system and it worked fine for about a year. When it happened 2 months ago, I unpluged the input module (A) and plugged it back in and it worked fine until yesterday. I have been working with startrans, however I am open to any information that will help me get this bus back on the road quickly. From what I can gather from startrans, it seems that maybe I am not getting the signal input from the interlock system. I do have all the interlock L.E.D’s coming on, but still nothing happens. If I remember correctly, there were some issues with intermotive interlocks a while back, I just cant remember what the cure was to make them work correctly again. I would be greatful for any info.
