Deadline Reminder for RTAP Grant Payments

I hope you're doing well. We wanted to share an important update regarding grant applications and pending reimbursements for the current fiscal year.
Grant Application Deadline:
Please note that new grant requests will not be accepted after September 15 of the current fiscal year. If you plan to submit a new grant application, make sure it is submitted by this deadline to be considered for funding this year. Applications received after September 15 will only be reviewed in the next fiscal year. Please be aware that there will be no exceptions to this deadline.
Pending Reimbursements:
If you have already submitted a grant application and are awaiting reimbursement, we kindly ask that you provide all necessary documentation and receipts by October 6. After this date, any open grants will be closed.
No exceptions will be made for late submissions. Submitting your paperwork on time ensures we can process your reimbursement promptly and you receive your funds without delay.
If you have not received your reimbursement by September 30, please contact me immediately. It is crucial that I hear from you by October 6, as any requests received after this date will not be processed.
Please make sure all required documents, including expense reports and receipts, are submitted by the specified deadlines.
