MDOT is pleased to announce that the RTAP 5311(3)(b) program has been awarded $176,783 in ARPA funds. MDOT has chosen to give each RTAP-eligible transit agency an extra $2,000 in addition to the $5,500 scholarship for FY25, for a total payout of $7,500. These funds will not carry over to FY26 and must be used by September 30, 2025

Please complete the Addendum form to your contract with MPTA by clicking here on or before January 31,2025, to receive these additional funds.  If you do not complete the Addendum to your contract with MPTA, you will not be eligible to receive the additional funding.
