RTAP Eligible Agencies: We wanted to remind you about an important update regarding grant applications and pending reimbursements for the current fiscal year. Grant Application Deadline: New grant requests will not be accepted after September 15 of the current fiscal year. If you have been considering submitting a new grant application, please ensure it is submitted on or before this deadline to be considered for funding during this fiscal year. After September 15, we will not be able to accept any new grant applications until the next fiscal year. Pending Reimbursements: For those who have previously submitted grant applications and are awaiting reimbursements, we kindly request that you submit all required documentation and receipts for processing before Oct 6. After this date, all open grants will be closed. This deadline allows us to process your reimbursement requests in a timely manner and helps ensure that you receive the funds you are owed. We must comply with these deadlines which are set by MDOT. Please ensure that all necessary paperwork, including expense reports and receipts, is submitted by this deadline. Failure to meet this deadline may result in delays in processing your reimbursement request.
