Michigan Transportation Connection, a statewide non-profit transportation scheduler who works with both public transit agencies and private transportation companies, is expanding and currently has both full- and part-time openings for Transportation Scheduler(s.) The person(s) hired will be provided necessary equipment to be able to log onto MTC's statewide portal and schedule trips for non-emergency medical appointments in multiple locations in Michigan. A good knowledge of the State of Michigan locations is essential to performing duties. Employees work independently, usually from their own homes, and hours are flexible to the enmployee's individual needs and availability. You must be able to pass basic background checks prior to the offer of employment. This is a Customer-Service oriented position and succesful applicants must have good communication skills. Starting pay begins at $14.50/hour and is negotiable based on experience.
